Tour and Fair schedule - Osaka

Fair Venue

 To be announced.

Each participating college/university will be allocated a table with two chairs.  We request that you have no more than two representatives at each table.   Your space is approximately 4sq meters. You may request 6,8 or 12 sq meters of space for an extra cost.  We can also provide you stall attendants  at  $ 75 a day. You may want to take advantage of our special advertising packages.  For further details…….click here

Hotel Information

Your accommodations will be at a four or five star hotel in every city that you visit.  We make sure you have A1 accommodations and service in each city.  The exact details of your accommodations will be announced  at least four months before the fair.  Wherever possible, the fair will be at the hotel you are staying.  In the event the fair venue is away from the hotel, transportation will be provided.

Shipping Information

It is important that you work with your courier to get the shipping materials on time to the hotel we are staying in. Your carrier must make sure that they are able to clear customs and take care of any duty or taxes.  As a general rule while shipping to some countries in Asia, do NOT ship your materials as “cargo’ or ‘door to airport” as these packages will not arrive on time due to lack of customs clearance.

Your package must be marked to the attention of the Fair Director (A1eduAbroad Fairs) followed by the correct address of the hotel.  For further clarifications or questions about  shipping materials you may contact us at Fairs@a1eduabroad.com
