You are advised to go over the terms of booking an A1eduabroad tour as well as the terms and conditions of travel. They are both available as PDF files below. Fair Brochures and Promotion You are encouraged to give us detailed information regarding your University, specifically enrollment, programs available, application deadlines, test scores required. This will help us represent you effectively in our promotional brochure. Advertisement. Please talk to our A1eduabroad personnel about advertising costs. We will selectively advertise your University’s visit in the local papers, radio jingles, and advertisements on promotional bags given to participants. Where appropriate banners and brochures will be used. University Representatives may not hand out free items such as pins or tee shirts. The Fair The University Fair is held in well known venues. The Fair is free to the students and parents. Each student is required to register for the event. Registration is done on the web or at the actual venue. You will have access to these students. The number attending these well-advertised University Fairs range from 300 to 2000. At the Fair each University Representative has a table and a set of chairs. Students and Parents will have the opportunity to speak to the representative about their needs. During the Fair we require each representative to be at his or her assigned table at all times. A1eduabroad makes arrangements for separate rooms for Interviews or University Presentations by representatives. These requirements will have to be communicated at the time of booking the tour. During the Fair A1eduabroad staff will make presentations about study in the US, Admission and Financial matters. School Visits Tour participants will have the opportunity to meet and/or make presentations to different schools and colleges in the city that they visit. These school and college visits are arranged before the fairs. Participants may choose from a list of prospective schools that A1eduabroad has created. This list consists of those schools where you are most likely to be exposed to the maximum number of students thatwho are likely to study abroad. Reverse Fairs Reverse fairs allow you to meet with school counselors, government agencies and other recruiting firms. You will have the opportunity to visit them at their tables and answer any questions they may have with regards to student requirement, government and other agency rules etc. Embassy Briefings Tour members will be briefed by embassy officials or by the A1eduabroad staff about expectations in the respective student markets. Tour members will get exposed to the economic political and cultural conditions of the country that they visit. Cultural Activities Side tours to cultural heritage sites can be arranged but are not included in the tour costs. You may inquire with us at the time of booking if you are interested. Post Tour Arrangements Two weeks after the tour, each participant will receive, a detailed tour report. A1eduabroad will also share with you participant information so that you have a list of all the students who visited the fair.
